At Whoosh India, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, we offer returns and exchanges only for different sizes, colours, styles, manufacturing defects, or damage while shipping.
- Eligibility for Return and Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges for products in the following situations:
Different Sizes, Colours, or Style: For items with variations such as size, colour, or style that do not match your order or the product image, we offer a hassle-free return process. You can initiate a return within seven days from the date of delivery. Plus, we provide the added convenience of free return shipping.
Manufacturing Defect: If you happen to receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us promptly to initiate a return and exchange process tailored to your preference. We will thoroughly assess the issue and provide you with both options, a replacement for the same item or a refund, according to your choice.
Shipping Damage: If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within seven days of receiving the product. We may require photos of the damaged product and packaging to process your claim. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the extent of the damage.
Note: We suggest you make a video while opening the product so we can proceed promptly to help you. We take pride in offering free return shipping on all orders.
